Uzbekistan – Pakistan Expo 2025 held in Tashkent from 6-9 December 2025

Leading Pakistani business groups, in collaboration with the Embassy of Pakistan in Tashkent, successfully organized a four-day International Trade Fair at Le Grande Plaza Hotel from 6–9 December 2025. The event highlighted the growing commercial partnership between Pakistan and Uzbekistan. The event was entirely driven by the private sector and featured an impressive participation of Pakistani companies from diverse industries.

A large number of exhibitors from Pakistan showcased a wide range of high-quality products, including leather goods, textiles, cosmetics, cutlery, cooking utensils, herbal and natural products, onyx handicrafts, shipping and logistics services, garments, and more. The fair provided an effective platform for B2B engagement, networking, and identifying new avenues for bilateral trade and investment.

The event was formally inaugurated by Ambassador Ahmed Farooq, who commended the dedication and leadership of the organizers as well as the Pakistani business community for their proactive role in promoting economic diplomacy. In his remarks, the Ambassador underscored that such initiatives are essential for achieving the bilateral trade target of USD 2 billion, set during the visit of the Prime Minister of Pakistan to Uzbekistan.

The Expo received a strong response from the Uzbek business community, with notable attendance from importers, distributors, retailers, and representatives of various commercial organizations. Visitors expressed keen interest in Pakistani products, acknowledging their quality, competitiveness, and potential for long-term partnerships.

The successful conclusion of the Uzbekistan – Pakistan Expo marks another significant step toward deepening Pakistan–Uzbekistan economic relations and promoting mutually beneficial trade cooperation.
