Attestations
Attestation of Documents
Following requirements are to be fulfilled for attestation of documents:
- Original documents issued from Pakistani Government Departments, attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Original documents issued by Uzbek Government Departments including educational degrees/ certificates awarded by the Uzbek Educational institutes, attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan.
- Attestation Fee US$ 10 per document is charged.
Attestation of Power of Attorney
Following requirements are to be fulfilled for attestation of Power of Attorney:
- The applicant/ executant and the two witnesses (Pakistan nationals) need to appear in person along with their original valid passports and CNIC as well as their copies.
- Applicant should further provide:
- Original Power of Attorney along with its copy.
- Copy of CNIC of the Attorney (to whom Power of Attorney is conferred)
- Photograph of the executant (to be affixed on the Power of Attorney)
- Photographs of the witnesses (to be affixed on the Power of Attorney)
- Attestation Fee of US$ 40 will be charged per document.
