‘Made in Pakistan’ Exhibition in Uzbekistan, 28-30 June 2024

Pakistan single country exhibition themed ‘Made in Pakistan’ was held in Tashkent from 28-30 June 2024 to exhibit Pakistan’s export potential and to enhance its economic relations with the Central Asian countries under its Regional Connectivity Policy.

The exhibition was organized by the Ministry of Commerce and Trade Development Authority of Pakistan in collaboration with Embassy of Pakistan, Tashkent and the Government of Uzbekistan. Chief guests at the inauguration ceremony on 28 June 2024 were the honourable Secretary Commerce of Pakistan, Mr. Ahsan Ali Mangi and Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan, Mr. Shokhrukh Khasanovich Gulamov.

In the Exhibition, more than 80 companies from Pakistan exhibited their products including textiles, pharmaceuticals, surgical instruments, food and agricultural products. Furthermore, over a thousand B2B meetings between the Pakistani and the Uzbek business circles took place on the sidelines.

The three-day ‘Made in Pakistan’ Exhibition was visited by around 150,000 people including businessmen, entrepreneurs, shipping companies, market analysts and general public.
