Ambassador Muhammad Mudassir Tipu Presents Credentials to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Ambassador Muhammad Mudassir Tipu formally presented his Letter of Credence to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, H.E. Mr. Shavkat Mirziyoyev, in a dignified ceremony held at the Presidential Palace in Tashkent, today.

Following the presentation of credentials, Ambassador had an audience with the Honourable President.

President Mirziyoyev welcomed Ambassador and conveyed his best wishes for the success of his diplomatic mission. The President underlined that Pakistan is a country of great significance for Uzbekistan, with whom it enjoys excellent strategic relations. He further emphasized shared commitment of Pakistan and Uzbekistan to promote peace, development, and prosperity in the region.

The Ambassador conveyed warm greetings and best wishes of the Prime Minister of Pakistan to President Mirziyoyev. Ambassador underscored Pakistan’s desire to expand bilateral cooperation across diverse sectors, including trade, investment, connectivity, education, culture, and people-to-people exchanges. He also expressed commitment to working closely with the Government of Uzbekistan to promote mutually beneficial cooperation and deepen strategic partnership between the two countries.

The ceremony underscored the enduring friendship and close ties between Pakistan and Uzbekistan. It marked another significant milestone in the continued strengthening of diplomatic relations and cooperation between the two brotherly countries.
