COMSATS University Islamabad is a public research university in Pakistan which offers quality higher education opportunities in diverse fields of engineering and sciences, to students from across the globe, particularly from member countries of Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). Currently, over 220 international students are enrolled in undergraduate, graduate, PhD, and postdoctoral programs at the University.
Admissions for the Fall 2026 semester for international students in more than 119 degree programs at COMSATS University Islamabad are now open. Admission for undergraduate programs are also open on self-finance basis, with fees equivalent to that charged to local students. Scholarships are available for graduate programs (MS &PhD) as outlined below:
