16th International Conference on Management Research 2025 was held in Tashkent with the collaboration of New Uzbekistan University and the Superior Group of Colleges of Pakistan on 18 October 2025. Theme of the Conference was ‘Sustainable Tourism Management in the Era of Digitalization: Trends, Challenges and Innovative Solutions’
The Ambassador of Pakistan, H.E. Ahmed Farooq addressed the audience as the Guest of Honour. Other guests present at the Conference were Prof. Dr. Chaudhary Abdul Rehman, Chairman Board of Governors, Superior University, Prof. Dr. Sumaira Rehman, Rector Superior University, and Dr. Bahodir Ahmedov, Vice Rector Academic Affairs New Uzbekistan University.
In his speech the Ambassador examined historical links, economic trajectories, and political cooperation between the two nations, with attention to regional connectivity, trade, people to people contacts.
A large number of researchers from the universities of Pakistan and Uzbekistan participated in the Conference.
