Telephone Call of the Prime Minister with the President of Uzbekistan

The Prime Minister of Pakistan Mr. Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and the President of Uzbekistan, Mr. Shavkat Mirziyoyev had a phone call on 30 March 2025. The Prime Minister congratulated the President on the auspicious occasion of Eid and prayed for the peace and prosperity of the people of both nations. President Shavkat Mirziyoyev reciprocated the warm sentiment.

The two leaders appreciated the successful conduct of the recent visit of the Prime Minister to Uzbekistan and agreed to follow up on the decisions made during the visit. They also agreed to work closely for further strengthening of Pakistan-Uzbekistan relations. 

The Prime Minister of Pakistan reiterated his invitation to President Shavkat Mirziyoyev for his visit to Pakistan in near future.
